Cybertron is the home planet of the Transformers and (usually) the body of their creator, Primus. Cybertron is (almost always) a shining metal, technological world; a planet of towering future cities without end and vast metallic plains, spiraling metal mountains and bottomless neon-lit chasms. Battling over control of Cybertron and its resources is frequently the motivation for, or origin of, the Transformers' epic wars.

The planet Earth, third from the Sun in the Solar System in the Milky Way galaxy, is a world populated by a wide variety of native organic lifeforms, including humans. Versions of this planet are known to exist in many dimensions within the multiverse, and it frequently becomes involved in the conflicts of the Transformers. Perhaps too frequently. Whenever something (or someone) leaves, escapes, or is otherwise ejected from Cybertron, there's a disproportionate chance it will eventually wind up on Earth.
Earth is superficially similar to the planet upon which you may reside, but has many subtle and not so subtle differences.
In some universes, Earth becomes the post-apocalyptic planet Gaea.
While in others, Earth is the planet that formed around Unicron.Charr

Chaar is the planet where the Decepticons settled after being driven from Cybertron. It is a burned-out, barren husk of a planet. The planet is far from dead, however, what with the monstrous Chaar spider and energy leeches. Deadly, but not dead.Space and other Planets.
